The 2 by 3 stool was designed as a sculptural contrast to the designer's Peer table. An experiment in wood-milling technology, the three-legged stool allows the user to sit in typical bicycle-seat fashion or in a side-saddle position, which allows both feet to sit on the same footrest. Comprised of only seven solid-wood components united by concealed joins, the 2 by 3 stool provides warmth and character in an organic-inspired design.
